Quick No-Chill Sugar Cookies
This quick no-chill sugar cookie recipe is a fool proof and fun-filled baking activity to do with the kids. These sugar cookies are sweet, crunchy, and perfectly easy to make. This is also an ideal starter recipe for baking beginners!
- 1 1/3 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 3/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 piece Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Pre-Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Stir together flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugar and salt – set aside.
In the standing mixer, add soft butter and sugar and mix until well blended.
Gradually, mix in the dry ingredients the butter/sugar mixture.
Roll 1 tbsp of dough into a ball and press on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Cookies will be very soft when they come out of the oven. Let them cool for 2 minutes before moving them on a wire rack to cool completely.
